I saw small sphere black object moving around cloud about 10 second, then disappear. not included this object image in the following photos.

high wind in walking area, but low angle 360 degree cloud is not many moving.

no cloud in sky top, only low angle 360 degree. this keep continue all day.

this movie shows wind in walking area also cloud in the low angle sky.
