Communication Range

All new Mac has Bluetooth interface inside of the Mac.

However interface is inside makes not good radio communication with any outside device.

Actual range is depend on Mac system, environment condition and how face to each other Mac and IBVA unit. About 1 to 3 m is work range.

How to increase Range

Connect external Bluetooth USB device ( not included ) to Mac USB port will increase range.

Connect class 1 external Bluetooth USB device: 10 m .. 20 m up. 

Connect class 2 external Bluetooth USB device: 5 m .. 10 m.
